She revamps the traditional recipes, adds special home made touches and builds her cookery classes on the premise of FUN and SOCIAL gathering. For an intimate ambiance, she accepts only 6 to 7 persons at each class. FALL menus consist of soup or starter, one dish of seasonal vegetable and meat, served with steamed rice and jasmine tea/sake/red and or white wine. The meal is followed by a simple dessert of mixed seasonal fruits with coffee and tea to complete the meal. Learn about the basic ingredients to make simple, yet exciting dishes that are staples in most Asian households. Learn how to prepare delicious, versatile meals for your family and guests using simple ingredients. You will not only make some new friends, pick up a few cooking tips but also enjoy a delicious meal and take home a nicely prepared typed menu of the day.
